Prices include: electricity & underfloor heating, all bed linen, towels and welcome pack (tea, coffee, etc.).

A cot and highchair are available on request (sorry no cot bedding is provided). All gardens have outside furniture and the main barn has barbeque facilities. Well behaved pets are welcome (at an additional cost of £12.00/dog per stay).

These are available from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday (arrival time 4.00pm on first day - checkout time 10.00am on final day)

Last minute short breaks are available at two thirds the weekly price. The short breaks can be three nights Fri/Sat/Sun or four nights Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs. Arrival after 4pm on the first day and departure by 10am on the last day.

50% deposit to secure booking with the balance to be paid 1 calendar month prior to arrival

In that period we must receive your full contact details together with the deposit to secure your stay. Do not assume you have secured your booking until you receive confirmation in writing.
